The realization of a new Islamic civilization is one of the grand objectives of the Islamic Revolution, which began with the Islamic movement and the victory of the Islamic Revolution. It encompasses a series of continuous actions and transformations across various domains. The main research question is: What are the challenges facing the process of civilization-building, and how does each of these challenges impact this process? The primary objective of this study is to provide a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of the risks facing the civilization-building process at different levels, identifying weaknesses and potential threats to inform future planning and the achievement of civilizational goals. This research is descriptive and analytical, utilizing the thematic analysis method. The findings of this study have led to the design of a novel analytical framework that systematically maps the dynamic interactions and reciprocal challenges among six levels (individual, familial, social, national, Islamic ummah, and global) in the civilization-building process. The results indicate that civilizational resilience depends on an integrated approach, strengthening civilizational elements, and designing flexible, multi-level strategies to address internal and external challenges.
