Considering the role and place of political ethics in the formation of modern Islamic civilization, this research aims to, with the analytical method, while expressing the view of Islam about political ethics and modern Islamic civilization, based on the analytical method, the drivers of political ethics that are influential in the formation of Islamic civilization according to the verses Present the Quran and Sunnah. Of course, since the Supreme Leader has been the architect of the subject of the new Islamic civilization, the discovery of the drivers of political ethics and how they relate and influence with the new Islamic civilization has been analyzed based on the statements and views of Imam Khamenei, and although the factors, contexts, axes, principles and components Many factors are influential in modern Islamic civilization, but some basic elements play a more colorful role as drivers of political ethics in the formation of Islamic civilization and accelerate this process, emphasizing the views of the supreme leader of these drivers, justice, unity of hearts, dignity and respect. Humanity, unity and peaceful coexistence, preserving the dignity and superiority of Muslims over infidels, mujahidat and the category of expectation.
