In this regard, Jihadi Management, as an Iranian‑Islamic model, can serve as a guarantee for advancement and development grounded in the ideals of the Islamic Revolution. Accordingly, the present study aims to identify the most important and fundamental indicators of Jihadi Management as a driving force behind the civilizational discourse of the Islamic Revolution. The research was conducted through a qualitative approach using in‑depth interviews with experts. Based on the findings, the core indicators of Jihadi Management that propel the civilizational discourse of the Islamic Revolution include ethical orientation, community‑centeredness, Islamic orientation, and revolutionary orientation. The ethical dimension emphasizes value‑orientation, pursuit of justice, and legal‑ethical conduct. The community‑centered dimension highlights public service, accountability, participatory capacity, and knowledge‑based orientation. In the Islamic dimension, Jihadi Management must, through a God‑centered perspective, reliance on divine guidance, and adherence to leadership, facilitate the path toward progress and the formation of a new Islamic civilization. In the revolutionary dimension, Jihadi Management—through a committed and purpose‑driven revolutionary approach—fulfills the ideals of the Islamic Revolution across five components: youth‑orientation through mobilizing creative and revolutionary forces; resilience in confronting challenges based on authentic values; self‑sacrifice by prioritizing collective interests; revolutionary spirit characterized by conscious resistance to domination and steadfast perseverance; and courage in undertaking critical responsibilities. This management style, which integrates Jihadi pragmatism with adherence to Islamic principles, mobilizes committed human capital and paves the way for the realization of a new Islamic civilization and the comprehensive advancement of the system. در شرایطی که جوامع امروزی با مسائل و تحولات گوناگون در عرصه‌های مختلف روبه‌رو هستند، اهمیت مدیریت، به‌منزله عامل اصلی پیشبرد اهداف و توسعه، بیش از هر زمان دیگری احساس می‌شود. در این راستا مدیریت جهادی، به‌مثابه الگوی ایرانی-اسلامی، می‌تواند تضمین‌کننده پیشرفت و توسعه مبتنی بر آرمان‌های انقلاب باشد. بنابراین، پژوهش پیش رو با هدف شناسایی مهم‌ترین و اصلی‌ترین شاخص‌های مدیریت جهادی پیشران گفتمان تمدنی انقلاب اسلامی، با رویکرد کیفی و ازطریق مصاحبه عمیق با صاحب‌نظران انجام شده است. براساس نتایج مطالعه شاخص‌های اصلی مدیریت جهادی پیشران گفتمان تمدنی انقلاب اسلامی عبارت‌اند از: اخلاق‌گرایی، جامعه‌محوری، اسلامی بودن و انقلابی بودن. در بخش اخلاق‌گرایی، بر ارزش مداری، عدالت‌خواهی و اخلاق‌گرایی قانونی تأکید شده و در بُعد جامعه‌محوری، بر مردم‌داری، مسئولیت‌پذیری، مشارکت‌پذیری و دانش‌محوری تصریح شده است. در بخش اسلامی بودن، مدیریت جهادی باید با رویکردی خداباورانه و توکل به خدا و اطاعت از رهبری، مسیر پیشرفت و تمدن نوین اسلامی را هموار سازد. در بخش انقلابی بودن، مدیریت جهادی با رویکرد انقلابی، متعهدانه و هدفمند، آرمان‌های انقلاب اسلامی را در پنج بُعد محقق می‌سازد: جوان‌گرایی با بهره‌گیری از نیروهای خلاق و انقلابی، تاب‌آوری در مواجهه با چالش‌ها براساس ارزش‌های اصیل، ایثارگری با اولویت‌دهی به منافع جمعی، روحیه انقلابی متشکل از استکبارستیزی آگاهانه و مقاومت پایدار، و شهامت در پذیرش مسئولیت‌های خطیر. این سبک مدیریت که تلفیقی از عمل‌گرایی جهادی و پایبندی به مبانی اسلامی است، با بسیج سرمایه‌های انسانی متعهد، زمینه‌ساز تحقق تمدن نوین اسلامی و پیشرفت همه‌جانبه نظام خواهد شد. https://sjs.isri.ac.ir/article_230221_e00af7905a37dd2fd0ddccceaf49a785.pdf
